There are so many things we don’t really put into seriousness in our surrounding, just because it has always become a normal thing. The only thing many people know about the pawpaw fruit is its botanical name Carica papaya’ , and that’s all about it to prove to someone else as knowledge of the fruit. It really gave me a shock when some people were asked about the uses of the pawpaw fruit they eat, and all they could say is the claim that since it’s a fruit created by God, it must be body-nourishing. Not only the fruits are benefitting, there are even so many benefits about the leaves, seeds, root and even the tree bark. In fact, the ripe pawpaw has its own benefits, likewise the unripe also its own benefits. Cooking the fruit to eat is even another great beneficial factor. Let’s take a look at some of the benefits that the ‘papaya’ has itself:
