Anyone who hates exercising will begin to love it after reading this today. We all know that exercising is damn good for our health and wellbeing. But we find it hard most times to exercise consistently if at all. Many who have been exercising before for weight loss, diabetes health, heart health and many more are slowing down. Long time exercisers find something intrinsic more than extrinsic to keep them going. When the going gets tough the tough gets going.
- Believe that you can do it.
That belief strengthens you. It stimulates you. You take control of the situation. If its going to be its up to you. You are responsible whether you exercise or whether you don’t.
- Do exercises that you like
Develop likeness for the exercises. Don’t exercise for the fun of it. Yes, exercise for the like of it. Exercise that you like doing can be a starting point. Be consistent. Don’t force yourself to exercise. Think long term. Do what you like and love This will help you to carry on for a long time.
- Be positive about exercises in your brain.
Exercising is not rocket science. So, take it easy. Be positive about it. Don’t be negative about it. Negativity is energy just as positivity is energy too. Do a bit per time. Start with one minute and keep increasing it.
- Have internal motivation more than outside motivation.
Internal motivation can do more wonders than external motivation. Think about your health, your wellbeing. Think about your inside factors.
- Set simple small goals that you can reach
Set a short time frame. Plan for a short time. Start and plan for a few minutes per day. Plan for another day. Just a few minutes.
- Reward yourself
When you reach your small and short exercising goal give yourself some rewards. Buy yourself something nice. Take a break. Reward yourself with something good for reaching your goal of exercising per day.
- Believe you can carry through.
Never doubt your ability. Just have faith that you can do it. And you will do it.
Get tricky and get ready to exercise. The psyche and morale are high now. Hit the ground with some aerobics.
